Need - Cheeky/fun Catch Phrases

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I work for a Serviced Business Centre, we lease office space, Boardrooms, meeting rooms & Virtual offices.
Most of our target market is to company's that are just starting up or that work from home and are looking at expanding their business with a more professional setting then the home office.
I will be doing a mail out soon to businesses in the local area that are currently home office based and I am stuck with cheeky/fun catch phrase or one liner's that will grab someones attention & curiosity. I want them to ring us and find out more about our service not put the letter in the trash!

I agree with Phil. An unknown sender gives no reason to open the envelope. I have a friend who hand writes the addresses and return. Not practical for large scale, but they get opened.

I'm thinking two images side by side on a postcard. One, your space, in a circular pie shape. The next, same image, but only a sliver of it. With the tag, pay for only the space you use.

And if you are charged with marketing, direct mail should not be all of your marketing plan. With 2% being considered a "good" return, you may want to put together a plan that is less passive.

    Embarrassed meeting clients at Starbucks?
Tired of trying to quiet your dog?
What does your office say about your image?

Thanks for the replys so far, the mail out was never intended to be sent in envelopes but as you have suggested on some kind of post card format. It will also not serve as the only part of our advertising, hence why I need help with a catchy phrase to grab peoples attention. Can anyone think of some good ones?

In the last 6 months did you think about an office outside the home?

Is it a pipe dream? Or a RIPE dream?

Our specials are in effect for 30 days, but if you register online, we'll extend the offer for 6 months. Then, just tuck this away for when the dream recurs.

    Consider:

If your corner office is currently in a corner of your living room, it's time to move on up!

Improvisation from michael, and put on the first reaction in the mailer...

    THROW THIS OUT IF....

    a) You are still comfortable having that small corner of your house as the Office
    b) You don't like a professional Office
    c) Your clients are comfortable about you having no Office
    d) All the above

I really like Jay's approach ... creating a solution to a problem is a vital part of generating an effective marketing message. Also, seeing a familiar name (Starbucks) will help attract attention. Here's a few more...

Are the kids running your office?
    Is your spouse your secretary?
Do Starbuck's baristas know you by name?
