Social Responsibility

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Hi there, i am the marketing assistant for a training centre run by an airline targetted at 17-25 year olds (generally). 2009 seemed to be orientated around social media and extremely below the line marketing. i want to go agaisnt that and back to the basics using sicial responsibility. i want to be able to target the parents of these 17-25 year olds as parents are often the influencers in their children's education. are there any sugestions as to what kind of things i could do (possibly even a cocktail of below the line and social responsibility)? cheers

What does the training centre train people to do? Fly aircraft, work as flight attendants, mechanics, ground staff, call centre operators, caterers, or what?

Think you should post this topic also under SEO/SEM and Web Critique...Along can you post your Fanpage here for us to have a look as well?

You may not be providing any upfront value through your FBpage. Or that the potential fan is looking at you like another commercial vulture under the disguise of a dove, smelled the rat, and off they went... in hordes!

Since you are offering them a future career, and training et al, you might be missing the fun aspect. Try bring fun into it. And more catchphrases, and some interesting parties, celeb talk etc which might make it more relevant.

Afterall all work and no fun make us dull boys!!!All the more in FB where the fun is just a click away!

    ThnQ,

    RJ
