    A few points:

    1. First, BARQ is correct: We do not do students' homework here. That's for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is that homework is supposed to be a learning experience for you. If we do it, how will you ever learn to think for yourself? And, because many professors visit this site on a regular basis, you could actually get caught relying on us to do the work!

    2. The best way to benefit from our community of experienced marketing professionals is to share your thoughts with us and let us comment on your first draft of the homework assignment. You will find that many of us will gladly get involved if we see that you have applied yourself first.

    3. Having spent several years at Procter & Gamble myself, I can tell you that their marketing plans and advertising strategies are considered highly confidential. I suspect your assignment is to get you to "reverse engineer" those plans and strategies by analyzing what you observe in the marketplace, on their website and in the media. It will require some digging on your part, but you'll learn a lot in the process. Don't cheat yourself out of that opportunity by subcontracting your assignment to us (or to anyone else, for that matter).

    4. I can't find the guideline that says "We don't do homework here" either. I wonder if someone edited the FAQs or the guidelines and managed to omit that important caveat. (I'll check into it ...)

Thanks, Jay, for finding that paragraph. It's hard enough to find the "Important Guidelines" (there are at least a dozen other links before it), and it's not so easy to wade through them once you do, so I can understand why many students never see it.

Some day someone might revise all the guidelines to make them easier to understand and digest. (Fat chance!)
