Website Promotion: Start With $500 Cash Drawing!

Posted by Anonymous on 50 Points
Hi, everyone, I'm back after some "hibernation" :)

First, an update about Knowledge NoteBook website,
https://www.knowledgenotebook.com/
it has been re-designed and it seems much more liked by its target audience, college students.

Here's the question, (also I wish MP could consider to add a new category of "Website Promotion"), what do you think of the following $500 drawing program that I initiated last night,

Thanks.

"You need to think about your goal with having the site.", what are you talking about??? Do you think I have too much time and money to throw away? Think before you talk!

"Where will the winner be announced?",
at the Knowledge NoteBook Fan Page site,

I'm assuming your short-term goal is to have more fans. But the problem is the more fans, the smaller the chance of any one person winning. Instead, consider giving everyone an affiliate number. The person who signs up the most fans wins $500. Give people a reason to partner with you.

    Jay,

Excellent point and I thought about that too and have looked into the fan tracking mechanism under FB. However, it seems none of the tools available so far seems adequate to do the job or way too expensive for the justification of purchase, but I guess it's worthy to keep on looking for it.

Now, I just have another thought, then, why should I sign up as a fan if it's nothing for me? So, I'll keep the random drawing incentive there as well.

    Thanks.

    Don
