Real Estate Agent In Need Of Good Slogan

I have just gotten back into real estate after 18yrs. and want to concentrate on listing & selling homes in my intercoastal community. I have lived here over 20yrs & have been very instrumental in getting some things done that has helped everyone. There are some very high end homes & some not so high end but I Love It Here. I am in need of a catchy slogan for some post cards but can't seem to come up with one HELP!

    I applaud your efforts in getting back into a field you love, Jan. You'll beat the rest of the pack when they all want back into the business, en masse.
