    Feature a strong testimonial on your home page (more than Jim Jenkin's). I want to hear that you increased someone's speaking fees 100% or their business by 50% (etc.).

    Do you specialize in a type of business/location?

    Do you offer any guarantees?

    Do you have proof that speaking engagements increase revenue? If so, cite the studies/reports.
