Banner Advert Design

Posted by Anonymous on 500 Points
Need help in design a standard flash banner advert for a breakthrough product in medice. I need an impactful image as a tagline and style is ready to go. Any help or websites that I can use for inspiration would be great.

Thanks

What kind of product? What are you trying to communicate? Who is in your primary target audience? What important need of theirs do you address? What's the benefit?

Also unfamiliar with the term "medice." Maybe you can define it for us. It's not in the dictionary I'm using. Guessing others will have the same problem.

And why a Flash banner? Trying to fool the search engine bots?

(Aside: I'm guessing "medice" is a typo for "medicine".)

The image will catch the eye - but the goal is to get people to click. What specific benefit is your product offering? Is it over-the-counter or new by-prescription only? For men or women? How well tested is it (esp. by independent lab)?

We'll need a lot more info to help you out.

I agree with Jay. You are asking about a catchy image, but the "offer" is much more important. The image will catch an eye, but what you are offering for the person who looks at it is what will cause them to click the ad or otherwise look further into your product.

Too flashy an image can actually detract from an offer. Particularly if your product is something like medicine, where the consumers want to know it is safe and effective, so look for ads that support this feeling.
