May Marketing Slogan

I manage an apartment community called Grandridge Apartments and am trying to come up with a clever marketing slogan to increase our traffic. I'm trying to include it with some sort of "Free Rent" special. This is for the month of May. Any ideas???

    Our apartments are spacious 1 & 2 bdrm apt. units. We have great amenities such as: pool/hot tub, free tanning, large laundry facility & 24 hour fitness facility. We are a pet friendly community.
    Compared to our competitors our floor plans are larger in sq. footage although our apts do not have washer/dryer in each unit...this obsticle is one we are constantly trying to overcome.
    All of our competitors are doing some sort of rent discount/special or deposit special for new move-ins. The amount each are giving away is unique to each property, according to their current occupancy. Our special is 1: Move in by May 14th & receive $50 off each month and 1 month free 2: Move in after May 14th & receive $200 off Deposit & $500 off 1 months rent. These specials apply if they sign a 12 month lease.

    The slogan that I'm trying to come up with needs to be for May only. I have to come up with a new marketing idea each month. This is not a slogan for a "brochure" or something that will be connected to the property forever.

    For consideration:

    "April showers bring (or brought)... MAY "FLOWERS" at XYZ APT COMPLEX! Savings are blooming at XYZ APT COMPLEX. Call today to find out how you can SAVE $$ and get FREE RENT duirng the month of MAY.

    Also, you might consider giving as a token of appreciation a free flowering plant (or certificate for one at a local gardening shop/florist) to all those who take advantage of the deal.
