How To Setup An Ad And Design Studio In India

I want to setup a Advertising and Design Studio in Hyderabad. I worked as a visualizer for 3 years in Delhi. I worked on several brands from logo designing to creating promotional materials for a business. Recently I quit my job and planning to setup my own agency cum design studio. I wanted to know how to get business license and other legal formalities and billing procedures ( like percentages and other stuff).
