Review Web Site For Real Estate School

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
I run a small real estate school in Idaho.

Recently, I have been upgrading my web site. The address is: https://www.IFreschool.com

My primary audiences are: 1) Potential new agents (often who know little about licensing requirements) 2) Existing agents needing continuing education, either live or online.

The sites of my primary competitors are:

https://www.idahorealestateschool.com
https://www.genesistraininggroup.com
https://www.idahocareerinstitute.com
https://www.northidahorealestateacademy.com

How well does my site work in this competitive environment?

Karen's given you some good advice regarding SEO effectiveness.

From a human perspective, neither your website nor your competition clearly highlights immediately why I should attend your school. Who specifically are you targeting? People are are thinking of a career in real estate in Idaho? Existing Realtors for CE credits? What makes your school better/different from your competition? It may be price, but what's more important is effectiveness in training (Do you have the highest percentage of people that pass the licensing test? Do people learn the material in 4 weeks instead of 4 months? Do you have people on staff to guarantee jobs for students once they pass?)
