Utilizing The Marketing Dept.

What are a few good ways to inform other departments in a company of how resourceful their marketing department can be? How do we encourage other departments think of the marketing department first - when they think of advertising, research, presentations, and sales?

    I normally don't like rules and bureaucracy, but this may be a place where some is needed. Upper management should set out the roles and responsibilities for each group, and then that should be enforced.

    hi ajevans,

    why not have one person form the marketing department at the other location?

    he/she could arrive there when the place opens and then report back once a day.
