Revised Version Of Real Estate School Web Site

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Last week, I asked for a review of my real estate school site.

I've spent considerable time implementing many of the suggestions.

I'd appreciate another look.

In particular, I'd try to address two key issues: 1) Why get a license in the first place? (Note: new agents are my bread & butter) 2) Why take classes from us?

How well have I succeeded?

My site is: https://www.IFreschool.com

The sites of my primary competitors are:

https://www.idahorealestateschool.com
https://www.genesistraininggroup.com
https://www.advancerealestateschool.com
https://www.idahocareerinstitute.com
https://www.northidahorealestateacademy.com

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, none of my previous posting suggestions were addressed:

"From a human perspective, neither your website nor your competition clearly highlights immediately why I should attend your school. Who specifically are you targeting? People are are thinking of a career in real estate in Idaho? Existing Realtors for CE credits? What makes your school better/different from your competition? It may be price, but what's more important is effectiveness in training (Do you have the highest percentage of people that pass the licensing test? Do people learn the material in 4 weeks instead of 4 months? Do you have people on staff to guarantee jobs for students once they pass?)"

Right now you're looking at the details of the website. But the big picture benefit of your business is unclear - and without this - you're optimizing the wrong thing.

Given what you've shared with us, add Google Analytics to your website (https://www.google.com/analytics/). It's free and will tell you more about your website visitors than your sitecounter. What is your conversion rate (of those that visit your site, how many act)? That's what you need to focus on.

You've asked what we think about your website - you've gotten a number of answers from where we sit. We're not your target audience, but we do understand a lot about best practices.
