Add Google Analytics (https://www.google.com/analytics/) to measure who's visiting your website and what they're looking at.

A website alone won't bring customers / traffic. You need to identify who you're trying to get as customers, and bring your message/offer to them. Who are thy? Where are they located? Why should they choose your business instead of any of your competitors?

Definitely too noisy/busy. Need to simplify ... or create a series of simple landing paths instead of the website.

The real question is what will you do to generate traffic to your site (or to the landing paths)? And what do you want site visitors to do once they get there? What's your call to action?

The questions in Jay's last paragraph are the operative ones. See if you can answer them and you'll be on the right track.

FWIW, attractive homepages do NOT attract visitors ... younger or not. YOU attract visitors with your marketing program, and then they come to the site based on what you promise in your marketing messages.
