Know-How Exchange : Advertising/PR

Hi, My company is launching an educational institute for Data Analytics certified course of 3 months including 1 month of practical training for company exposure. We are targeting MBA, BCOM and Engineering students. Base selection criteria is basic knowledge of stats and their logical and analytical skills. It is an high end course with actual application knowledge.
I need some suggestions for marketing this certificate course as my city is not much aware with bright future of Data Analytics so this certificate launch needs an awareness campaign also. Can I get some innovative suggestions for this other than typical media plan of radio and print advertisements?
