Web Store Use By Current Customers

We have a web store that opened last fall. We've managed to convert about 10% of our current customers into web customers, but it seems to have stalled at that amount. Have any tips for converting more of our base to the store? We've done an internal promotion with our customer service staff that worked well, and offered promotional discounts on 1st time web orders, both with good results. Any other ideas?

    Have you asked why your non-web customers don't want to shop online? Is it a technological problem, perceptual problem, or psychological one?
