Consider hosting an open house with demonstrations of the 'tools of your trade' and invite the media (local TV and newspaper) such as: pool, weights, stair steppers, tread mills, etc. Workers and/or volunteers can demonstrate techniques used for rehab. If you want to invite the general public, put an ad in the local paper; if you want professionals who would refer patients/patrons to your facility, consider direct (snail) mail (post card or special invite), email, direct delivery to their offices, etc.

Focus on how you're business is different/better than the competition. People will only need you when they're injured, so focus your efforts on people who would likely recommend you: physicians, case managers, and coaches.
