Can someone suggest a website which has many followers where I can pay Paypal to put my banner for advertising?

    Google Adwords.

    Who is the market you are targeting? Where do they go on the Web? What do they read? What are their professional affiliations? If it's consumers, what characteristics or interests do they have in common and where do they go look for info?

    If you use Google Adwords, they have a great tool that analyzes your website for keywords. To be sure about those words, use a web spying tool and find out which ones your competitors are using.
