I have a handbag business and am expanding into custom made hair accessories. A friend of mine suggested I check out the "toddlers and tiaras" show which although I found disgusting, I realized that my hair products (headbands with veils etc.) would be perfect for this target market- ie mothers trying to make their children look like beauty pageant winners. Mothers willing to spend money on spray tanning their kids.
so my question is how to I reach this market in an affordable manner as my company has a very small marketing budget. Thank you so much.
