Service Quality New Models

I'd like to know the new service quality & customer user acceptance models to be used in today research methodologies. The 2 models that are used widely; TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) & SERVQUAL (Service Quality), are not anymore accepted by a lot of committees.

    I suspect this means a lot to someone who is familiar with the terms and the whole area of "service quality and customer user acceptance," but they are completely foreign to me ... and I'm reasonably current on most marketing issues. Maybe this isn't really a marketing question?

    I'd suggest you either seek a response on a forum that deals with this area, or explain in more detail what you need from us. I'm guessing I'm not alone in scratching my head over what this is all about.
