What Is Best Software For Creating Html Newsletter

I have been using Front Page but I am not happy with how their tables work. I would like to be able to place two different tables next to each other rather than make one table and insert the other one inside the first table.

The problem I have with Front Page tables: if I have two columns and a few raws, once I try to adjust the raw height in the first column it will automatically adjust the raw height in the other column which I do not want.

Please help.

    Dreamweaver is great, but you may want to look into a newsletter service caled www.constantcontact.com .

    They have dozens of HTML templates, or you can make your own. They have a 60 day trial, then it is around $25 a month thereafter. Constant Contact also provides stats so you can instantly see how many people have subscribed, opt-out, open rates, etc. You may want to give it a shot.
