How To Increase Sale In Medical Shop ?

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am running chemist shop in Delhi,India since 2001. Now due to many more shops open arround my shop, my sale drop by 70%. I would like to know how to increase my sale. I have an empty space at the back area of my shop. So, I also request please suggest how I can utilize the space and generate more income.

    What can you sell that your competition isn't?
    How can you sell that your competition doesn't?
    Tied in with what you sell - what other related products/services do you clients typically need? Make them available in-store.
    Can you use the space to offer free consultations by healthcare practitioners (and sell the products recommended by them)?

    randall has it nailed (as usual). There is a reason your customers are leaving. You need to define that. (hinT) Dont' say price!
