I like the site look and feel. But it took me a while to determine what exactly you do. I am afraid others wont be as patient as I was.

Frank is right again. No surprise there.

Instead of organizing your site based on what YOU do, consider segmenting it based on what your target customer needs/wants. That way when someone lands on the homepage it's easy for them to know where to click.

The segmentation today (commercial, education, government) is better than no segmentation at all, but it still doesn't grab the viewer and say, "click here if this is your problem."

The menu system does not load in Opera and in-fact loads behind the banners. Once you sort out all of your bugs - you better optimize the on-page SEO.

Focus on filling in the blanks: We solve the _______ problem that __________ prospective customers have trying to do _________. We're better than the competition because we _______________ and we can prove it because ___________.
