September is our client appreciation month. We work in the financial services industry providing continuing education / compliance training for large insurance companies and broker dealers.

What are some unique ideas to send along with our letters to our clients?

    It depends on your price range. Suggestions above are good. I like the gift card idea. Others:
    Less expensive:
    Magnet photo frame
    USB stick
    Calendar
    Recycle bag

    More expensive:
    Gift card
    Bottle of wine or opener set
    Sports blanket
    Travel headsets
    Laptop case/holder

    Contact your local promo vendor and I'm sure they will have suggestions based on what you tell them about your customer and your company.
