We make no excuses or defences for the way it is or looks...
It works well, and has the content it needs textually and graphically (I think) and people call in. The page most hit is the repair, second-hand and refurbished equipment page. This is NOT out main line of work but Google Analytics show this is in the top 3 (after home and quote).
We've given up on Adwords. It costs far too much to compete and tests have shown it makes no difference to search ranking in the 'mac support' fields!
I'm also after feedback on perceived 'content', call to action, first impact (given that users have already searched for Mac PC Support) more than stylish, arty aspects.
