Different Ways To Advertise Food Grain Company?

I am Working with Food graing Company and doing Tie-ups with Hotel Industry. please Suggest me how can i addvertise our new Brands of RICE only for perticuler City(PUNE, INDIA) with minimum Budget. (TV, Radio adds not possible.)

    First of all "Thanks" for replying and your valuable suggestions will definitely help me.

    1. TIE- UP : - Here TIE- UP means once we crack one hotel it will automatically get converted into permanent customer Because this Industry require constant supply with same quality and nobody want to switch repeatedly until good profit. Thats why its like a TIE- UP.
    So a definition of TIE-UP is little different here than usual.

    2. I need one more help, Anyone dose have any Idea that what is the procedure of purchasing food grain in Star Rated Hotels. I didn't Got any info. from these Hotels. Is there any Tender opening procedure?

    i would take sample of rice to executive chef at hotel - I would suspect executive chef at hotel is responsible for ordering food. Maybe give him free sample and tell him you will come back in couple days to follow up and see if he would like to place an order.
    Another option may be to find and wait neat the exit of kitchen and speak to other fruit/vegetable suppliers they are using and ask them who they speak to or the person they speak to about their orders. Since suupliers likly deliver fresh fruits/vegetables directly to the kitchen this may be an option you want to try. This would cost you 0 dollars - just time and energy. Remember that persistance pays, stay persistant and you are bound to make a sell.
