    A nice challenge! What country?

This sounds like a juicy project for an experienced marketing professional, not the place for a "quick hit" collection of disjointed promotion ideas. It needs to begin with a good understanding of the target audience, development of a sound positioning platform, and a careful consideration of the overall marketing strategy, along with strategies for each of the components of the marketing mix.

What's the point of difference? How will you position this online MBA? Who is the target audience? Why should they consider this particular MBA (versus others that may be available)?

Defining your target audience for this MBA program needs to be your first step. Don't try the spray and pray method. Build your reach over time. The gentleman above was correct, this is not the best place for final advice, however I will make a couple simple suggestions:

Create buzz - maybe offer a couple FREE MBA tuition's to create some buzz with the media and help kick off the campaign - make sure your keys words pull to the top of Google and Bing's listings (MBA, Entrepreneur, online masters programs etc) - create a facebook page and draw a random name for the FREE MBA from there to encourage "friends"

If you walk away with half of an idea I've done my job! best of luck to you!
