What Attracts You To A Local Spa?

Wondering what would attract consumers of a small town or city....to try out a local, in-town NEW spa? What about the OUTSIDE of the building would make you not-intimidated and interested? A good sign? Design? Color? Etc.... ALL opinions are welcome!!!

    I think-Although widely known as the summer capital of Poland, out of season the renowned so pot Spa is a true Mecca for peacefulness and natural beauty seekers. Feel free any suggestion.
