I've seen many answers before to this question but I think it's worth asking it another time: which are, in your opinion, the 5 biggest trends that are going to impact consumers' behaviour (i.e., consumption habits) over the next 3-5 years, most notably within the beverage industry (but not limited to that, think broadly).
I'm thinking of big themes such as price sensitivity, eco-green shopping, online buying/information seeking, new austerity, health-concerns, staying-in vs. going-out, etc.
Also: when thinking of those, try to imagine whether the changes are going to impact the population at large or perhaps just a small (but affluent?) sub-set.
Thanks in advance for your replies,
Simone
