Although it may be good to have multiple sites targeted for each service I think the question you should be asking is if you could support each site relative to SEO/SEM/SMO?Without much information on your products and services and the size of your enterprise I feel you could incorporate all those services into one site and break down your services and offerings . Putting them into 1 site will reduce your time and efforts in marketing your site and as result of having a bigger site offers you the opportunity to add depth and relevance as a whole to your company. The downside of this is you have to be careful when doing SEO and not have your site penalized as all your eggs are in this basket. Well you shouldn't do blackhat for any site for that matter.

    Hope this helps..

It makes sense to have different landing pages for each service and to make your home page quickly provide links to each of these services.

The other thing to look at is whether the services you offer are synergistic with each other or not. If they are, a single site makes more sense because it shows a higher/wider level of expertise vs a single vertical discipline. We are in the services game and I wouldn't consider separate sites unless there was a chance that customers might view us simply as generalists in a number of areas vs expertists in a specific area that they are interested in. I think the technology questions, like SEO/SEM are valid, but at the end of the day you need to determine what your business goals are and how you want your services to be viewed by the market place.

I think much depends on whether the different services have benefits for being together. If a customer of BPO may also buy software, then it would be good to keep them so they go to a page that talks about all of the products. But if there is not a cross pollination, then it may be better to have them separate.

This is only looking at the content side of things, and not on SEO.
