Core Deposit Contest Idea

Any ideas for an internal bank contest to increase core deposits? I'm thinking of a Kentucky Derby theme, but I am open to other suggestions!

    Are you trying to get tellers to open more accounts or are you trying to appeal to the public to do so directly? What's the prize? Timeframe?
