Advertise For A Cell Phone Store!!!

I am opening a new cell phone store in a low income neighbourhood. so my main focus is the prices, i am going to have some of the cheapest prices in town. I am thinking for the first two weeks, i would sell the chargers, and the cases for only $3. i just don't know how to get the word out. i am also thinking to do a madden ps3 tournmant, but i don't know if it's a good idea.
so i need to know how i can have everyone know about my products, services, and prices. Thank you so much in advance.
P.S we are going to be repairing all kinds of phones, and we can do personalized cell phone cases with any picture on it something like www.skinit.com.

    Work with community leaders at: churches, gyms, employment centers, and schools. Donate merchandise to those that need it in exchange for co-marketing opportunities.

    Well it would be nice to know which city you are located at. But it will not have a lot to do with the name. The most important advantage is the price. So you will have catchy names showing the price difference with other possible stores. The century's favorite thing is closing out names.. it directly gives people an idea of cheap prices. Get everything cheap can be used as well. Or two lines saying
    you name it
    we give it cheap

    The madden idea is great.
    It's supporting a younger demographic, which also purchases tons of phones and accessories.
    To get the word out for something like that, go to a few local high schools and colleges and pass out paper flyers.
    Your prize could be cash, some type of inventory or a trophy.
