Untapped Advertising Space Need Help, Analysis

I have tapped into an almost untapped opportunity. All platforms are open. National / super regional advertise appeal. Non subscription based circulation. Not mass or junk mail. Gross market is over 20mm households. <br />Over 18 months of research and testing. Ex banker / sales. Where do I go know? Who wants to partner / JV / Fund? <br />Serious only.     How much are you paying? What's in it for someone to participate? What skills do you need? Where/what country/continent?

    Need a lot more information if you expect serious responses.

    Please elaborate - To add to mgoodman's query: What is the category or industry, business model, point of uniqueness or differentiation, target audience, benefits for the buyers, business objectives, marketplace environment and competitive situation?

    Can you post a link for a website and/or the results from the 18 months of research?

    Thank you both for your responses. In response I will answer as much as prudent in this forum:

    Q: Where/what country/continent?
    A: Domestic U.S.

    Q: What's in it for someone to participate?
    A: The ability to get a clients' message to a premier, defined demographic in a manner that is not junk mail or spam. This will result in an increased ROI for the advertiser via print, web and mobile apps.

    Q: What skills do you need?
    A: Advertising / marketing co., AE. IT web. app. designer and manager.

    Q: competitive situation?
    A: Minimal to none

    Q: What is the category or industry?
    A: Advertising placement would be the simplest answer. The appeal / market is open accross muliple lines of consumer services and products.

    Q: ...point of uniqueness or differentiation, target audience?
    A: This is a discussion that requires a personal contact and confidentiality agreement.
    The market totals over 20 million households on a monthly basis. We are confident that capturing 3-5% of that market within the first year of full operation is realistic. I cannot stress enough the point that this is a non-subscription based model that is in place yet not currently utilized.
