how would I go about tourist information at international airports e.g.;departing from perth going to bali never been their before, so while I'm waiting 2-3 hrs Brochures & maps aren't available for my destination only on perth that i'm trying to escape from, who would be the best person to make inquiry of this interesting situation.

    How is this a marketing question?

    Are you thinking of developing a solution for people in your position, i.e. stuck at the airport, off somewhere, no info on where you are going?

    Wouldn't most people head for the bookshop, newsstand, or coin-op internet booth and check out everything they need there?

    You could make it simpler by pre-recording dvds (or maybe use Lonely Planet material?) of every destination from Perth, and offering a push-button coin/card operated terminal so people could watch a 20 minute video of their chosen destination, perhaps?

    Who would that help? What problem would it solve? What would they be prepared to pay? what would it cost you to develop?

    Before you do anything, work out your business plan.
