Building Clientele

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I work in a small salon in a small town with many hair salons. I am trying to build a clientele and have found it very difficult as many people around here are very loyal to their current stylists even if they know i could do a better job with lower prices. Is there any kind of a loop hole to this or a trick in advertising i could use to get them in and show them what i can do?

Offer an incentive. For just a couple of days, say that random appointments will get manicures with hair styling service. This will justify them cheating on their current stylist at least once and possibly, liking you more.
