Time To Freshen The Website

Posted by Anonymous on 100 Points
My website has been in place for a few years and it is now time to freshen things up. I want to project an image of relaxed competence, that our clients will be well taken care of when they use our service.

Site is www.Acacia1031.com

Thanks for the comments. I really appreciate it.

I don't see this as a site people visit often. I do want them to find it if they want to do a 1031 exchange in my geographic region.

    My goals coming into this:
    1. when they search for 1031 and particular geographic locations my site comes up in a search engine.
    2. When they get the referral from their realtor (the typical way a client comes to me) they look at the website and make a decision that we are the right firm for them.
    3. If they pick up the phone and call they will end up being a client.

I am struck by Phil's comments on the front page and I agree completely. I need to succinctly state why they should use my firm as opposed to others.

The overhead associated with updating a website monthly is out of the question (except for adding links to newsletters). Social networking takes a big investment of time to keep up in a reasonable manner...I don't see the benefit for a services firm. Is there some way to utilize this in a low overhead manner?
