Event Marketing

hello,
I am attempting to organize an event for which I need financing but in order to get sponsors involved they want to see a good marketing packet thus far I have the following sponsorship opportunities:
- Advertising Blimp
- Banner on Website
- Beamer Commercials (during the event)
- Cinema Commercials
- LED screens
- Newspaper Ads
- Press Conferences
- Printed Materials (Banners, Billboards, Car Wraps, etc.)
- Promo Movie
- Radio Commercials
- SMS (Text Message) Promotion
- TV Commercials
- Other ___________________________________

Instead of my company saying you have to choose a Platinum/Gold/Silver sponsorship package, the option to choose which ever sponsorship opportunity the marketing partner desires is available, thus sponsors create a package that satisfies their needs and desires.

I know that I am on the right track but I feel like I can add more sponsorship opportunities (??) or something to make my sponsorship proposal more appealing.

I would keep the sponsorship opportunities to a minimum, not add more. People get too overwhelmed when they have too many things from which to choose.

To enhance your presentation, show graphics of what their logos or other ID would look like on some of the media you suggested. Actually seeing the visual may help sell them on the project...and they may even decide to purchase sponsorship on more than one medium.

    Hi,
As Phil mentioned, you have a large general purpose menu started, but not all are appropriate for all events. Who is the audience and what type of venue are you using? How many attendees in the target audience and what will they be doing at the event (education, meetings, social, networking, exhibits). There are probably more specific creative solutions we could come up with for you with a little more information.
