How To Introduce A New Food Product To Trade Pubs

For the first time, a new product that can be used in the manufacturing of foods, pharmaceuticals and nutracueticals is available. A gelatine that is kosher certified and meets strict manufacturing criteria. What type of publications should we go after? Traditional? Press release? Social Media?

    Assuming you have answered WMMA's questions regarding business plan and marketing strategy, I would use traditional and social media to publicize your product. Kosher and Jewish-focused publications, as well related manufacturing media.
