Promoting Houses For Sale. Where And How To Do It?

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hello I'm working for a Big housing development. We need to get more viewers up to our show office.
I am working out ways to promote us, so far I have worked out my targt audience to be 1st time buyers, newly wed couples and divorcees.
I want to know if anyone out there can help me with various ways that would be effective in reaching my target audience?? I have already thought off advertising at wedding fairs. Also I am trying to think off more people that would be included in my target audience?? thanks very much
Nathan

How does your price point compare to your competition? If it's similarly priced, you highlight what makes yours the better "package".

If it's more expensive, focus on what make yours the right choice for your audience - whether it be living in the country or sustainable/quality living or a community of like-minded people.

If it's less expensive - show why your pricing is truly a bargain (your $ goes further because...).

Your target market is really people looking to buy a home in your area (and has the funds to do so). That means: people growing their family (who needs a 2/3/4 BR), people moving into your area, people changing employers, etc.
