How To Promote My Home Styling Package?

Hi all, i am working in an interior decorative company. We are promoting our newly launched home styling package, where we want to attract new customer to walk in to our showroom, and to purchase some other bundle accessories besides sign on the great saving home styling package.
My brand is actually not well known, and my showroom location is not strategic, im thinking of insert the promotion package in news letter distribution, and also get some real estate agents to help me promote since their customers are new home owner.
Wondering is there any idea in your mind? appreciate for your sharing.

    You've focused on your negatives (not well known, bad location) but you haven't shared what your positives are. What can you do better than others in your area? Focus on exactly who you want to help. Next, figure out how to reach them with the right message. That'll help you understand if a newsletter is the right approach.
