Are you servicing a niche? If it's medical, advertise your services in medical publications or where the people who hire you get their information. Educational? There are lots of online and offline options available to get your information out.

Where are you located? Where/who are your most likely customers? What important need of theirs can you satisfy? What makes you any different from, and better than, all the other IT firms in your area? Why should someone choose YOU?

There are many ways you can promote your new company from newspaper advertising to flyers hanging around town.
Design business cards and either print them yourself or have them printed professionally. Business cards are the key to your new business advertising. You should give one to every person you speak with about your business. Your cards should include your business name, your name and all contact information including telephone number, website, email address and physical address if you have a store or office.
