How To Handle When A Chairman Becomes Deceased...

Posted by larry.sebbens on 25 Points
The founder and Chairman of the Board of our company recently passed away, He was an acting Chairman and died while still working suddenly. However, a sibling has been acting President for 14 years. We want to maintain his presence on the web site as a tribute to him.

Has anyone gone through this unusual situation? The sibling has no assume President, CEO, and Chairman duties so we need to announce that. However, in keeping the founder's presence on the site, is there an appropriate title to use, or how to position him on the site?
