How To Promote An Online Free Classifieds Website

Hi,
I have recently started this website called as www.gulfclassifiedsonline.com which is primarily designed to cater the very basic needs of expatriate community in the middle east. Just need your expert comment for any missing blocks as far the the look more importantly the content is concerned. If the content is fine, do i need to spend on marketing to promote this or just wait and watch?
Desperately looking for suggestion.

    The "wait and watch" approach rarely works. It presumes that people are out there searching for what you have and will eventually stumble across your site.

    In this case, you're probably going to need to create some awareness of the site and the benefit it offers for your target audience. A marketing plan is definitely in order.

    Add analytics to measure what pages people are visiting, how they got to your website, etc.

    Colors are emotionally very region-specific. How are people you're targeting reacting? If you're unsure, combine analytics with split testing to find out what works best.

    The bulleted items in your banner look like they should be links to pages, rather than a simple text list.

    You have a typo for "Free Classiifeds Website : Online Ads for Qatar" (etc.)

    The word "Classiifeds" is misspelled (should be "Classifieds").
