Tracking Ppc On Adwords Google

Hi. I am running an adwords campaign and I have a single 800 number on my site. I want to know from which keywords the calls are coming from. Since out of my 300 keywords 45 get clicks then put of those 45 what drives the most calls.

Anyone know a good tool or service that is not too expensive?
