    The copy on your homepage is all about you and what you do, but there's no mention of a possible benefit for your clients!

    When I saw the question, "Why choose Same Day Transcriptions?" I assumed there would be an answer. Instead I got a list of features, but no compelling reason to choose SDT. That's a big problem, IMHO.

    So before we start commenting on layout, too much copy (or not), colors, images, etc., maybe we should start with an understanding of the unique and important positioning BENEFIT your prospective client should expect if/when they hire you.
