Us Based Company To Print Marketing Collaterals

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Greetings,

Please suggest a US-based company (or service) who can print a few marketing brochures and send them by postal mail to a list of companies (300-500). Beside brochures I need to put a small gift into each envelope.

I can order a collection of gift directly to this company local address.

Thanks in advance!

Will you provide the list of companies, with people's names and full addresses? Will the brochure art be finalized/ready-to-print, or will you need creative services as well?

There are a number of places that can meet your needs, and chances are some of them are near you, which might be beneficial if you want to establish a relationship. What is your general location?

mgoodman> Yes, I'll provide the list of companies with postal addresses. I am not sure about the full names. But if this info will be available on company web-sites it can be included into the list.

peg> I am from Russia. So any agency in the neighborhood does not suit me :)

pantheater and BARQ, thank you for the contacts. I'll check them.

Used www.uspress.com many times, with great results; don''t know, however if they do fulfillment, too. Good luck!

    Hi again.

Your quantity is a short run so you would do better on price with a small printing company rather than a large-run, commercial printer. The size of the gift you enclose will have a lot to do with the postal cost. Also, postal regulations will dictate whether the gift can be sent in an envelope, or requires a more structured bag or box.

I've had very good luck with the personal service at www.WatermarkSolutions.com, a quality printer in the Seattle area. They have precision digital equipment (better for short runs) and can provide the gift-stuffing you require. If you can describe the size and weight of the gift you want to enclose, they can figure out the postal regulations and cost for you.
