What do you want your prospective patients to do when they first come to your website? You need to put a call to action above the fold. For example, you have a "schedule appt" button farther down the page, below the fold. Maybe move that up and add it to your animation. Also, the login at the top of the page is really dark. Is this for your current patients? It needs to stand out more.

    1. Have a place where my patients can go to which whom will eventually refer their friends.
    2. Drive new patients into my practice for 3 primary procedures and 2 secondary procedures that are looking into these conditions/procedures.

Many small things that can make a big difference to your website's effectiveness. Karen has begun to list a few, as has lguerzini.

From my perspective the big idea would be to segment your site visitors immediately on the homepage, so that each person gets only the information they need to take action. If you focus on the desired outcome (from your standpoint), there's a chance you can make it happen.

As it is now, the site is a bit confusing ... rotating copy that moves too fast, different (and perhaps unrelated) services, no idea where you're located or whether the site is for me or not, what to do if I'm interested in learning more, etc.

You probably need a marketing professional to spend some focused time on your marketing plan and website. This site reflects an amateur's approach to positioning. (No offense intended. Just want to be candid and clear.)

Thanks for the honest feedback. I have my work cut out for me, and due to time constraints, will just hire someone.

Any other advice which will help guide communication with my specialist is welcome.
