Know-How Exchange : Website Critique

The sites looks great but the text is too heavy on the MBA-speak. You also talk about yourselves a little bit more than you talk about your customers.

Cut the jargon. Figure out what people want. then offer it to them in plain English, then tell them what to do next.

Make your contact information easier to find (in footer/banner/title).

I like that you attempt to segment your visitors on your home page, but finding this information is a bit hard with too many competing menus/graphics.

Your rotating slider is distracting, too large, and untargeted.

I like the overall look - its a very appealing design. The foldout graphic area is cool but gets in the way a bit when navigating your site. I like sliders but this one is too big.

Get rid of the Ours at the top and just list Products, Services, Clients etc

I want to see the how you can help up in the slider. Show how you can solve their problems ASAP. Also shorten this section - too much text.

The Press Release below how we can help is not necessary since you have Who's Talking About Us below. Get rid of this as its distracting.

I'd recommend moving the tweets up under Call Us. Shows you are a hip and socially aware company and provides value to potential customers. However, tweets need to be relevant and helpful content.

Your Product/Services Pages look good. Standard look/feel and having contact info below is good idea.
