I think the site looks good with some exceptions. Two things that stick out to me are you are using Flash as a major part of your site and you have no mobile site. This could preclude many users from accessing your site properly.

Second is you have very little html copy on the main page and this will effect SEO.

For my tastes the home page is to busy looking. Too much graphics with the two Flash pieces. Maybe moving the clients to another page would help.

The Flash parts have a negative consequence with search engines as well - they can't "read" the text that's being displayed by image/Flash.

On home page, make it obvious how to contact you (in banner and/or footer).

It's not obvious at a quick read: who your customers are, where they're located, what you do for them, and what problem of theirs you solve.
