I Need A Name For My Sauce, Dressing, Dip Company

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am starting a company primarily focused on sauces and dressings. I also have a line of dips and seasonings. I need most likely an umbrella name that would be able to encompass all areas of the company. However, If that is not possible then I need to come up with a name that fits each category. I am even open to using my name or some derravitive which is David Thompson. However, my name is varily common and I believe would already be taken in most instances.
To give you an example of some of the sauces, dips, and seasonings

Ranch
Bleu Cheese
Honey French
FF Raspberry Vinaigrette
Strawberry Poppyseed
Spicy Garlic
Garlic Parmesan
BBQ
Marinara
Tzaztiki
Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Dip
Chili Seasoning
Rib Rub
Chicken Rub
Burger Seasoning

How did you come into the recipes for these dips? Was it from another person/family member? Maybe his/her name will work. I wouldn't use a separate name for each of these. You want to develop a brand and brand consistency is a way to keep people reminded of your products.

I have created them all myself mostly thru trial and error.

If people respond to your email address, you're the only one who learns from the exercise. The whole idea of this forum is that we ALL learn from each other.

If you want individual consultations or confidential communication, you need to hire someone for the project. There are a number of experts here who can help you, but asking for personal/confidential service without paying for it is really inappropriate.

You can also use the "Hire an Expert" feature of this website. Just "Post a Project" by clicking on the link in the right-hand column of this page.
