I'm beginning to scope a project for a mid-sized company, and I believe the best approach will be to work with an outside company that has equal parts web design and development capacity, along with a grip on digital marketing.
So, my question is two-fold:
1) What do you think of this idea?
2) Can you recommend some firms/people to look into based on the goals below?
This is a considerably sized project with a lot of moving parts. Here are the objectives as they stand, from a top-level:
1) Assist with homepage/web strategy, positioning, and branding
2) Re-design and develop corporate website with 50-120 pages; this includes landing pages, information, etc.
-SEO-friendly
-WordPress based
-Appropriate landing pages, conversion funnels, C2As, etc.
3) Assist with information design/organization - creating a usable and scaleable way to organize the company's services offerings for the web.
3) Media kit - stationary, brochures, folders, business cards, letterhead
4) Design - newsletter, Twitter, Facebook, Invitations
5) (Tentative) A light dashboard for use with the corporate website
